What will a Mortgage Broker do for you?
Some people who have not used a mortgage broker before think that a mortgage broker's role is simply to get you "the best interest rate".
Naturally, I will get you a great mortgage deal, but I also bring specialised knowledge, professional advice and guidance to your house-buying transaction - whether it's your first home, or your tenth!
There is no charge for my service as I am paid by the bank who approves your mortgage (a fee may apply for commercial transactions).
